Once referred by OCDHS or DVR and it is determined that Portal Industries can effectively provide the level of services needed, the individual will meet with a Portal Industries Case Services Coordinator, an assigned County Case Manager or DVR Counselor and the individual’s parents or guardian to help determine the appropriate Portal services that will best meet the individual’s needs and interests. During the first 30 days at Portal, the individual will, with the assistance of their Portal Industries Case Services Coordinator, establish personal goals and desired outcomes. All individuals served by Portal Industries have a right to expect fair treatment.
